Handling non-sellable SKUs
Occasionally, some SKUs become non-sellable for various reasons.
There are two ways to manage these SKUs:
-
1
From feed
If the stock is 0 but the price is greater than 0, the product will eventually return to stock. If the price is 0, the product will be removed from the feed and is no longer sellable.
-
2
From the shared list
NOTE: Once we update the list of non-sellable SKUs, you will no longer be able to place orders for them. You are required to remove these SKUs from your sales channels immediately to prevent any losses.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are products with zero stock removed from the feed?
Yes. As per our current rule, if a product stays out of stock (stock = 0) for more than 30 days, it will be removed from the feed.
What should I do with SKUs that cannot be sold?
If the product is simply out of stock (stock = 0):
We recommend marking it
as 'Out of Stock' rather than removing it, as it may be replenished later.
If the product has no price (price = 0):
We suggest removing the listing
and making it invisible as soon as possible. Products without a price are usually not restocked and
keeping them visible could lead to infringement warnings.
