Combination SKU
What are SKU combinations?
SKU combinations are simply products made up of other products, where the initial product SKU (ex.A) consists of multiple other product SKUs (ex. A = B + C + D).
How can you recognise SKU combination?
If you have placed order on your B2B portal for product A, however you receive products
B, C & D.
In some cases, the ordered products will have the composed SKU included in the title:

Check the results
Search on column A for the specific SKU you are looking for – if the values in these four columns ("Substitution 1-4") are empty, it means that this SKU has no Substitution SKU. If not, you will see the SKU number in the columns of "Substitution 1-4".
Why do you need this information?
There is a possibility that when you or you client receive the product, the SKU number
on the box will not match with the initially ordered product. We would like to make sure that you can correctly
identify the received items and avoid any misunderstandings here.
In some cases, the ordered products will
have the composed SKU included in the title.
