Where can I find product prices?
Once you register successfully and your account is created, you will receive a welcome email with feed included. Feed will be sync automatically.
What is a real-time data feed?
The real-time data feed contains vidaXL product content, price and stock. It is updated on an hourly basis in .csv or .xml.
What are plugins?
Plugins are software additions that enable you to customise your webshop or app. Our plugins for dropXL allow you to integrate your ecommerce store with data from dropXL such as stock levels and pricing. Currently, you can download the dropXL plugin for Shopify, WooCommerce.

Can I sell vidaXL products on different marketplaces, like eBay and Amazon?
Yes. Once you are a registered seller with dropXL, you can sell vidaXL products on different marketplaces.
To whom can I sell?
You are free to sell your products or services to a wide range of customers, including:
- Consumers: Individuals purchasing for personal use or consumption.
- Business Customers: Companies or organizations buying products or services to support their operations, production, or resale efforts.
- Resellers: Other businesses or intermediaries that purchase your products with the intention of reselling them to their own customer base.
- Any Other Party: As long as it aligns with applicable laws, regulations, and any terms set forth in our T&Cs and policies, you are open to sell to any party who expresses interest in your offerings.
What is the customer service procedure?
Our team is on hand to help with any queries you may have. All services will be provided in English and the response time will be at least one business day.
