Changes brought by Bring PUDO Delivery in Sweden:

Parcel Collection
Consumers can collect their parcels by presenting a notification/pickup code and a valid ID or using a QR code from the Bring app or web interface. Another person may collect the parcel using the QR code or by presenting both their own and the recipient's ID.

Designated Pick-Up Points
Parcels will redirect to specific pick-up locations instead of being delivered to the consumer's home address. Bring will assign a particular pick-up point for each parcel based on the consumer's home address zip code and street name.

Customer Notifications
Bring notifies customers about their assigned pick-up point via email, SMS, and the Bring app.
When selecting PUDO shipping, we recommend to require and validate the consumer's email and phone number. Bring uses these to send pickup codes and tracking.
Customers can also track parcels directly in the Bring app by entering their tracking number. This keeps them informed about parcel status and pick-up location in real time. -
Uncollected Parcels
If the parcel is not collected within 7 days, it will be returned to vidaXL.

Option for Home Delivery
Currently customers cannot switch an assigned PUDO to home delivery via the Bring app. We will update this page when Bring restores that functionality.
