Calculation rule for AU shipping cost

    Calculation rule

  • B2B shipping fees are based on the logistic weight of each product from feed.

  • Formula: B2B shipping fee= Base fee + Logistic weight * KG fee.

  • Collect the product SKU and your order zip code. Map with AU postage table and feed to retrieve data of logistic weight, Base fee and KG fee.

    Note

  • Shipping cost includes tax.

  • For one order with several products, shipping fee of each product is calculated separately and added up in checkout.

  • Free shipping: Sydney Metropolitan, Melbourne Metropolitan, Brisbane and Gold Coast are free shipping.

    Example

  • Find the logistic weight of the purchased product based on the AU feed. For instance, the shipping weight is 30.

  • Look up the corresponding Base fee and KG fee in the AU postage table using the postal code of the delivery address. For instance, Base fee = 3, KG fee = 1.07.

  • Therefore, the shipping cost for purchasing one unit of this product and delivering it to that postal code would be calculated as =Base fee + Logistical weight * KG fee = 3 + 30 * 1.07 = 35.1 AUD.

If you prefer to avoid complications associated with being charged the additional AU shipping cost, we advise you to block these postcodes in your store.
